Time: 8pm

All members are welcome to attend. The meeting will be run to an agenda that will be provided by the club Secretary prior to the meeting. If you would like to submit an agenda item please download an agenda item submission form to ensure that your item is emailed or conveyed  to the club secretary at least 7 days prior to the meeting so it can be added to the agenda. You may raise an agenda item at the meeting but it will only be discussed if the other business items that were on the agenda have been finalised otherwise it will be held over to the following meeting. email Todd
