The SpartaPT core, strength & flexibility group training sessions
are held on Thursday nights
The session is provided as an opportunity to help you to improve your core stability, flexibility & overall strength so you can race faster & avoid injuries. It is held at the Emu Plains Community Centre located in Lawson Avenue, Emu Plains. Please park your car in the car park located off Lawson Avenue in front of the centre.
This is not a boot camp. There will be no crazy trainer screaming at you. Instead these sessions are fun and relaxed yet you will work hard with exercises specifically chosen with the requirements of triathlon in mind.
Rules of the session:
• The session is $10 (or 12 sessions for $110) to be paid on the day of the session.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first session so that you can complete the necessary paperwork.
• The sessions run for 1 hour.
• Please bring a towel & a drink bottle with you & wear a clean pair of socks (as part of the sessions may be conducted without shoes).
Please note that sessions will not be held on the following dates:
• Thursday 26 January 2012 (Australia Day)
• Thursday 1 March 2012
• Thursday 5 April 2012 (start of the Easter long weekend)
• Thursday 3 May 2012 (Ironman Australia)
