Well done to all that raced this weekend! You did yourselves and your club proud.

  • IMPORTANT: Coffee Club race is a Duathlon

     Dear Racers and PTC members

Penrith Lakes have advised that we can’t swim due to concerns over water quality. The Coffee Club Triathlon Sunday 19th February 3pm is now a Duathlon. Due to the flooding at the lakes and polluted stormwater entering the main lake it will be a run bike run.

If you entered the Sprint Tri you are now entered in the Sprint Duathlon
IF you entered the Enticer Tri you are now doing the Enticer Duathlon
If you entered the beginner Triathlon you are doing the beginner Duathlon

For the two people that have entered the Aqua bike we will hold a 40km Time trial for you.

Please come to the race ready for a Duathlon.

  • No swimming at the lakes

Due to the floods the lakes have some contaminated stormwater entering into the swimming lake. The NAC lake swim that was on this Thursday 16th Feb will not be on. Also the race on the 19th May be a Duathlon as we might not be able to swim in the lake. TRI NSW are holding many races at the lakes this weekend so there will be lots of people doing Duathlons instead of Triathlons.

We will update the website and facebook on Friday so please keep and eye out.

If the race is changed then it ill be standard duathlon distances listed on the website. Sorry but there are no refunds for those of you that do not want to do a Duatlon.
