Swimming
Open water training:
Friday morning swims have now started from 6am Friday at the Regatta Centre. There will be none on 4 of December and the 25 December swim will take place on 24 December.
Pool squad programs:
We are pleased to be able to announce that from Monday the 31st August 2009
there have been some valuable changes made to the swim program on offer for
all adult and triathlon swim squads.
We have chosen to stop the Friday afternoon session and replace it with a
Thursday evening session. We will have better lane space and the later
start time should help many people fit this in after their work day.

This has been able to be offered due to the assistance of Club members Alan
& Karen Bentley, who have arranged the hire of lane space at Penrith pool
and provided the use of Eva Bory's Swim School.
A squad pass can be purchased from Eva Bory's Swim School or Fitness World
Swimming at Peachtree. These are monthly passes and allow you access to all
four swim sessions on offer each week. The passes are available at $70.00
per month. If you have this Squad pass you will no longer need to purchase
from Penrith pool an additional pool entry pass as this has now been
included in the squad fees.
Casual squad places are still available, space permitting, during these
sessions and are as follows
- Penrith Pool $10.00 per person per session plus pool entry $4.80 or pool
pass.
- Eva Bory's $10.00 per person per session.
Other local pools
